Olly Murs’ wife Amelia was in complete awe of the human body when she posted two throwback photos before and during pregnancy on Thursday.
The bodybuilder, 31, and the singer, 39, welcomed their newborn daughter Madison last month.
Amelia posted a photo of her ripped figure just one day after her bodybuilding competition, alongside a photo of her pregnant belly just two days before giving birth.
Captioning his post, he wrote: ‘#throwbackthursday. 1 day after the show versus 2 days before Madison was born. The human body continues to surprise me.”
Just days after the happy couple welcomed Madison into the world, Olly had to leave his daughters behind to perform on tour.

She also shared a photo of Maddison sporting a cute baby saying ‘I love my dad so much’ while holding her finger.

Last month, Olly was left emotional when he left his wife and daughter just 48 hours after Amelia gave birth to return to tour.
Sharing a clip of Olly on stage, Amelia wrote: “Just sat feeding our baby Madi and then we see this post. She doesn’t even know yet that she has a super dad. We both miss you so much but we are so proud of you @ollymurs.
Olly reposted Amelia’s post with a crying emoji, before posting a photo of himself cuddling a bunny on stage after receiving it as a gift for Maddison.
He wrote: ‘Aww guys. Madi will love it.’

The couple uploaded a photo leaving the hospital and revealed that they had welcomed a baby girl.
The joint post read: ‘Our mini Murs has arrived. Madison we love you so much x’.
Olly and Amelia announced they were expecting their first child in December when they shared the exciting announcement on Instagram.
Dressed in Christmas jumpers, an excited Olly proudly held up a photo of her ultrasound as she pointed to Amelia’s burgeoning baby bump.
She wrote: ‘Baby Murs due 2024’ as Amelia posed in unbuttoned jeans and a white crop top.
Several showbiz friends of the couple took to the comments section to share their congratulations.

When the couple married in July, Olly shared his hopes of becoming a father one day.
The X Factor star said Hello! magazine: ‘We’re ready to have our own little Murs running around.
“It’s so special that one day we will be able to take our children to Osea Island and tell them, ‘This is where we got married.'”
In a different interview with OK! Magazine, he said, “I’m not sure I’m going to have six kids, but of course I’d love to have kids.”
The couple tied the knot in a three-day festival-themed wedding 13 months after the former The X Factor star proposed.
Olly couldn’t hold back his tears as he watched Amelia arrive in her custom-made wedding dress, insisting it was a moment he’ll never forget.
He said: ‘I was blown away by how incredible it was. It was quite magical – the perfect celebration of our love.
“At any moment I was on the verge of crying. When my nephews walked down the aisle, I was gone; then when Amelia came in, oh my god! ‘My mom said she hadn’t seen me cry like that since I was four!’
The couple shared their joy at becoming parents in a sweet post earlier that day (pictured last month).

Amelia enlisted the help of Australian-based bridal house Pallas Couture for several months to perfect her wedding dress.
The wedding, which was nicknamed Murs Fest, saw several big musical names perform, including Olly himself and fellow singer Craig David.
Olly and Amelia, who met on Instagram in 2019, went public with their romance in 2020 and enjoyed a total of four bachelor and bachelorette parties between them before their nuptials.
Olly participated in the sixth series of the television talent show The X Factor in 2009. He finished in second place and has had a career in television.
Meanwhile, Amelia is a bodybuilder and in 2021 she won the Pure Elite bikini competition in Margate.
