Loren Brovarnik isn’t enjoying her life after her “mommy makeover,” claiming it’s made her sex life with husband Alexei Brovarnik worse instead of better.
The 36-year-old underwent plastic surgery in September 2023, including liposuction, a tummy tuck and a fat transfer, after giving birth to her third child in 2022.
“This surgery is the first step in getting Loren back,” Loren shared on Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
The mother of three says she and Alex have always had a “very healthy” sex life, but things in the bedroom have cooled significantly due to a combination of the surgery, as well as negative energy and constant fighting between the couple.
“Before I got married, before I had kids, I was more independent. I loved that version of myself,” she admitted.

She continued: “But Alex likes that version of Loren at home, taking care of the house and the kids. So I don’t know if he wants the old Loren back.”
“We’ve always been a united front and lately we haven’t been on the same page and we really need to get back to that,” Loren admitted to a friend while trying on dresses for a date night.
Loren, who shares sons Shai, four, Asher, two, and daughter Ariel, 21 months, with Alexei, said she was very adamant about having the surgery, even though friends and family told her she didn’t need it.
“When I decided to get the surgery, I thought it would help me with my body dysmorphia and my confidence and change all that,” she admitted.
The mother added: “But those problems have not gone away yet. I am still not fully prepared physically and mentally.”
She admitted that while Alexei supported her decision, he later felt overwhelmed by not only having to care for her, but also their three young children while she recovered.
Loren, who previously said she felt her husband resented her for performing the surgery, was almost fully healed on Sunday’s episode and broached the idea with Alexei of returning to work.
“I really got lost in postpartum depression and all that,” she told him. “I want to advance my career for our family. I don’t want to just be a mother and a wife.”
“We’ve always been a united front and lately we haven’t been on the same page and we really need to get back to that,” Loren admitted to a friend while trying on dresses for a date night.

Alexei replied: “You are a mother, first of all, you must take care of the children, take care of the house and me, to the extent necessary.”
According to Alexei, he and Loren agreed that she would be a stay-at-home mother when they had children.
Loren argued that she had changed her mind and wanted to be a working mother, and told her husband that it was possible to do both.
“It is possible, and I will prove it to you,” he told her.
In April, Loren opened up about her recovery period, admitting that it was only supposed to last six weeks, but that her healing process took a little longer after contracting an infection.

The 36-year-old TV personality revealed that after giving birth to her youngest son, she decided to undergo surgery.
She underwent a seven-hour ‘mommy makeover’ in September 2023.
“I can’t sit there looking at a pile of laundry or dishes,” she admitted at the time. “I can’t, so I’ve backed off a bit, but you’ll see how it goes.”
While she was recovering, her husband took care of “more things at home.”
“I’d be lying if I said that my body dysmorphia had disappeared. It’s not something that goes away overnight,” she says of the operation.
‘And now that I’ve had surgery, I want to be the best version of myself, so I’m harder on myself.
“I want to train, feel good and look good, but I don’t regret anything. I just take it day by day.”
