A woman who spent $15,000 on a BBL has admitted she bitterly regrets the procedure after revealing she can no longer fit into an airplane seat or jeans.
Ava Louise, 25, claimed her Brazilian butt lift led to a series of daily difficulties, including weight gain and the need to throw away all his jeans because they no longer fit him.
The content creator, from New Jersey, got a BBL in late 2021 to get back with her ex who she says told her she needed surgery.
She said the procedure had only led to embarrassment as she claimed her “whole life had fallen apart”.

Since her surgery, Ava says she has gained 30 pounds and was forced to reverse her BBL through weight loss techniques such as exercise and diet, which took nearly a year.
She admitted that the operation was the biggest regret of her life as she faced embarrassing situations like not being able to sit in an airplane seat.
Ava took to TikTok to open up about her regrets surrounding the surgery where she explained: “I was forced to take an economy class flight after booking a higher fare in order to get home and my butt got stuck in a seat.
“I had to ask the passenger next to me to help me out once we landed.
“I thought they were going to have to call the fire department to remove me from my seat. It was so mortifying.
She shared: “Everything that happened to me was so embarrassing. I can’t even wear jeans anymore.
“I had to order XL jeans to fit my cheeks, but then they would be huge in the waist. I only wear leggings.
“I had to dress without any sense of style because the only thing that fit me was stretchy leggings.”

In more detail, she confessed: “My life was great before my BBL – I was very insecure about myself, so I never really felt good enough and I thought that all the problems I faced in life were linked to my body, when in reality, This was not the case.
“My life after my BBL was horrible. I was sexualized everywhere I went. I never really felt safe.
“I couldn’t wear normal clothes because if I wore sweats I would look fat, so I had to constantly wear tight, revealing clothes to look smaller.
“I had no respect when I tried to shop in cute stores. People stopped calling me pretty.
Ava concluded: “No one noticed anything about me except my butt. The surgery also didn’t resolve my insecurities and left me with permanent mental scars.
“On the contrary, I felt even more insecure after having the operation, because I could no longer wear anything other than Fashion Nova and stretchy clothes.
“It was hell. I gained weight so easily because of the BBL and ended up looking horrible. My whole life fell apart.
