A Los Angeles woman accused of murdering her famous hairstylist husband was seen smiling in court as her trial continues to be delayed.
Monica Sementilli, 51, was arrested six years ago for allegedly murdering her husband Fabio ‘Big Daddy’ Sementilli in 2017.
Her boyfriend, Robert Baker, 62, was sentenced to life in prison without parole after admitting to stabbing the stylist and leaving him in a pool of blood in a backyard in 2023.
In late October, prosecutors further alleged that a man named Christopher Austin, 38, was also involved in the murder conspiracy and was at the crime scene.
Since her arrest, Monica has pleaded not guilty and her attorney, Leonard Levine, has claimed that she was falsely accused.

His lawyers have argued that parts of the testimony, particularly the sexual elements, are not relevant to his murder charge and could jeopardize a fair trial.
