Speaking on behalf of the Biden campaign on Monday, Congressman Dan Goldman said the decision marks a dramatic setback for democracy.
“It’s a sweeping and devastating opinion on our separation of powers and on our fundamental belief and notion that no one is above the law,” Goldman said.
He noted that the implication is that there will be no trial in Trump’s election interference case before the election.
