Frances Loch, daughter of former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, welcomed her second child, a daughter named Romona, with her husband Sam.
The 32-year-old shared the exciting news on Instagram on Sunday, revealing that she gave birth at home on a yoga mat.
-Romona. I was born at home, on my yoga mat. “I am absolutely amazed by birth and the human body,” she announced alongside a gallery of black and white photographs of the birth.
“Grateful for my baby daddy and my best friend @samloch and my amazing birth team,” she continued.
Frances announced the news of her pregnancy on Instagram in December.

The 32-year-old shared the exciting news on Instagram on Sunday, revealing that she gave birth at home on a yoga mat.
She posted a photo showing off her growing baby bump in a black crop top while holding the couple’s son, Ernest.
‘Grateful to raise our babies and excited to make memories here. Another Bubba Loch will join the party in 2024,” she wrote.
Frances and Sam, 40, welcomed their son Ernest into the world in 2021.
The couple tied the knot in a surprise wedding ceremony on Valentine’s Day 2018, just three months after she met the bodybuilder in November 2017, and got engaged two weeks later.
“Two weeks was all it took to know that being with you forever was a really good idea,” she wrote in an Instagram post at the time of their shocking engagement.
Frances said the proposal happened in the kitchen when Sam, a former Olympic rower, popped the question while putting peas in the freezer.

During the proposal, Sam had a bottle of champagne in his hands and skillfully convinced her to ask him why.
When she agreed, he replied that he had brought it to drink after asking her to marry him.
That was two weeks after they met, and the couple waited another two weeks before telling the world about their whirlwind romance.
“Grateful for my baby daddy and my best friend @samloch and my amazing birth team,” she continued.
Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott also congratulated the couple at the time, tweeting: “Really thrilled with the news of Francie and Sam’s engagement. We are so proud of her and the Abbotts are looking forward to welcoming Sam to the family.”
Despite concerns that the couple were moving too quickly, Frances previously revealed that her family, including her father, were very supportive of their engagement.
The couple legally married in a registry in February 2018, but waited to celebrate with their closest loved ones in Sydney’s exclusive Palm Beach in April.
