Australian radio personalities are known for pushing boundaries.
On Friday, The Kyle and Jackie O Show was taken off the air after trying to bypass the KIIS FM censor with another language.
The Spanish-speaking guest taught Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson the word ‘cantando’, which means ‘to sing’.

Kyle asked the guest to repeat the word several times before asking him to tell the world slowly.
Jackie immediately understood what Kyle was trying to do, as the beginning of the Spanish word sounded like an offensive English swear world.
But it immediately caught the censor’s attention, pulling the show off the air.

The broadcast ended abruptly, and a booming voiceover said, “This station you’ve been listening to has been dumped.
“This means someone has said something inappropriate and gets in trouble. The broadcast will return in seconds. ‘
Dumping is radio terminology for when a live show is interrupted because the broadcast delay (usually about 45 seconds) is insufficient to censor inappropriate content.

When they got back on the air, Kyle excitedly asked if they could broadcast the word before being dumped – but to no avail.
“I’m pretty sure we heard the Spanish word. I just wonder if it came true, “Kyle asked.
