At the start of the new school year earlier this month, 17-year-old Noah Tingle from Central, Louisiana, realized that he would come home every day before the school bus dropped off his 12-year-old brother Max.
So he started to dress in ridiculous costumes and wait outside for him, embarrassing his little brother as he came home from school every afternoon.

"It is my last year of high school and I saw him come out of the bus when I got home, so I wanted to embarrass him," high school senior Noah told the local news channel WBRZ.
