The blonde pushed her hair away from her face and kept her accessories to a minimum, opting for gold earrings and a thin chain.
Tammy wore retro sunglasses and treated herself to an iced coffee after her hike.
She was busy chatting on a pink phone after her workout and looked happy and relaxed.

She underwent mysterious surgery in late July and later confirmed it was to remove and replace breast implants she had eight years ago.
In a video, Tammy explained that she decided to replace them because she felt “insecure” with how they looked after they moved due to her gym workouts.
“I felt a little insecure for a while, the way they sat and didn’t do what I wanted them to do,” she explained.

Her surgery comes just months before her wedding, as she is scheduled to exchange vows with partner Matt Zukowski in November.
The couple rushed to start planning their wedding just weeks after getting engaged in December after three months of dating.
Despite concerns that they are rushing down the aisle, the couple told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that they are “very happy” together.

In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple split in December 2022 and have a daughter, Posy, who turns two in June.
