A number of famous faces including burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese and the nondescript Dracula actor Luke Evans will present awards during the ceremony.
Irish singer Ronan Keating, Matilda music composer Roald Dahl, Tim Minchin, Bridgerton actress Golda Rochevel, and Kingsman: The Secret Service’s Mark Strong will also take to the stage to announce the winners.
The gala is set to see Waddingham perform an opening number, written by the great British composer Pippa Cleary, featuring West End stars.
Meanwhile, the green carpet, which was made last year from real grass, is also making a comeback.
The 2023 Olivier Awards will be broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX from 10.15pm to 12.20am on Sunday 2nd April.
