Three more women have come forward to say they were raped by Hollywood actor Gabriel Olds.
Olds, 52, was charged Monday with five additional counts of sexual assault by Los Angeles County prosecutors, bringing the total number of charges against him to 12 involving six victims.
The three women came forward after reading media coverage of their previous arrest in July, when several women recounted horrific stories of consensual trysts that turned violent.
The alleged crimes are said to have occurred between 2013 and 2023.
The women, Yale University graduates, accused Olds, best known for playing a young Pat Robertson in the Oscar-winning film The Eyes of Tammy Faye, of using his Ivy League status combined with the prestige of being a Hollywood actor to put them in a vulnerable position after luring them on dating apps.

“Each victim reported that Olds tricked them into feeling falsely safe during their initial encounters and then became sexually violent without seeking their consent,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.
The charges include rape, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape and battery on a girlfriend or partner.
The latest allegations relate to assaults that occurred between 2021 and 2023, but prosecutors say they are investigating allegations dating back to when he was a student at Yale.
Olds has been in custody on $3.5 million bail since his arrest on Aug. 4.
The latest charges allege Olds sodomized a woman in September 2021 and then raped another woman in May 2022. A third woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in May 2023.
The three new victims contacted police after reading previous newspaper articles about alleged assaults by Olds. All three had been dating the actor at the time.
Olds has been held on $3.5 million bail since his arrest on Aug. 4 and is next scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.
Prosecutors said the attacks occurred at Olds’ home, another at the home of one of the victims and a Los Angeles hotel.
Los Angeles Police Department Detective Brent Hopkins told the Los Angeles Times that none of the women knew each other, but some had worked in the entertainment industry.
The investigation into the actor began in January 2023 after a 41-year-old woman reported being raped in her Los Angeles home.
Detectives later learned of two other cases of women who had made similar allegations dating back to 2013.
In all three cases, the women reported how their dates with Olds had led to violent sexual assaults.
One of the women obtained a restraining order to prevent her encounter with the actor from being detailed.
She alleged how Olds filmed and photographed a non-consensual sexual encounter with her in January 2023.

Two weeks later, she reported that Olds choked her during sex and “asked her to stop.”
“I passed out. I think he slapped me to wake me up,” she said in court documents.
When she woke up, she found Olds putting on a condom in an attempt to “spread her legs.”
She claimed the assault only ended after she vomited on him.
Detective Hopkins said the alleged assaults were “very similar” to those committed by the victim last year.
“We heard the same story over and over again. Mr. Olds started out charming, but then he turned to brutal violence,” Hopkins said.
“Some of these survivors suffered in silence for years before finding the strength to speak out,” she added. “Now that they are off the streets, we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be heard.”
“There was a time when sexual abuse was not as widely understood… After #MeToo, there is a lot more awareness, especially with the Danny Masterson and Harvey Weinstein case,” Hopkins said. “People are more aware of what is right and what is not and are more willing to speak out.”
Hopkins fears that because there is a gap between the two attacks in 2013 and one in 2023, there could be more victims.
Olds is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25. If convicted, he could spend decades in state prison.
“Olds has pleaded not guilty to all of the allegations. He is convinced that at all times any sexual contact he had with the complaining witnesses was consensual, a fact the defense intends to prove in a court of law,” Olds’ attorney Leonard Levine wrote in a statement.
Olds has 74 acting credits in numerous films and television shows dating back to the late 1980s.
He made appearances in episodes of NCIS, Six Feet Under, Party of Five and The Mentalist.
