Resurfaced VMA video shows Diddy laughing after inviting Chase to a party

The resurfaced video shows the moment Diddy let out a creepy laugh while inviting a 13-year-old child actress to an after-party in 2003.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is seen inviting The Ring actress Daveigh Chase to a party for an MTV event, after presenting her with an award on stage.

“Are you coming to the after party tonight?” he says in the video. Diddy was at the VMAs to present the ‘Best Villain’ category with Ashton Kutcher, which Chase won.

He lets out a chilling laugh when Chase agrees to come.

The clip has resurfaced amid separate, shocking allegations from an individual who claims she was raped by Diddy and another unnamed male celebrity at a VMA after-party three years earlier, when she was 13 years old.

Chase has not commented on the resurfaced video and there is no evidence to suggest anything untoward happened at the 2003 afterparty.

Diddy was cheering on Chase on stage as he gave his acceptance speech for his win in the ‘Best Villain’ category.

He won the award for his performance in The Ring.

She was later photographed with Diddy and Kutcher at the VH1 Big In ’03 event.

The video resurfaced amid separate allegations from an unnamed woman that she was raped at the rapper’s home in 2000.

Diddy denies all accusations against him. He is currently in prison awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

He is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine years old.

His lawyers told DailyMail.com that he “never sexually assaulted anyone” and said the most recent “flurry of filings” were nothing more than “clear attempts to gain publicity.”

The plaintiff claims that an unnamed male celebrity also raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

She was 13 at the time and went to Radio City Music Hall without a ticket, hoping to sneak into the event.

She was unsuccessful, but she met Diddy’s driver, who she claims told her to come back after the show.

She claims the driver took her “20 minutes away” to a “big white house with a closed U-shaped driveway.”

Once inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

She says she saw “a lot” of celebrities at the house and that there was “widespread” cocaine and marijuana use.

“(She) accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow concoction that tasted like orange juice,” and then felt “dizzy.”

“Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” the 19-page legal document reads.

‘Shortly after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.

“Combs aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’

Combs then threw Plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed her clothes as she became increasingly disoriented.

‘Plaintiff was restrained by Celebrity A, who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched.

‘Combs attempted to force plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; stopped.’

No further information is provided about the anonymous celebrities.

Combs’ white parties and other events were notorious at the time and often attracted large A-list crowds.

The lawsuit says the victim eventually fled the scene of the afterparty.

He later fell into a “deep depression that continues to affect every facet of his life,” the lawsuit states.

Diddy attended the 2000 VMAs with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. She is not named in the lawsuit.

It came amid a series of new allegations against the rapper.

Tony Buzbee has filed 12 lawsuits in the last week alone on behalf of Diddy’s alleged victims, both men and women, seeking damages.

Buzbee said that although some of the reported abuses occurred more than two decades ago, including in 2000, “the majority of the events described occurred in 2022.”

“The egregious conduct exposed in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.

All plaintiffs will be anonymous, as will the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.

Buzbee is lead counsel for the lawsuits through his Buzbee law firm in Houston, with assistance from AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York.

The attorney said last week that a hotline he created for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates received 12,000 calls in 24 hours.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles.

His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victim lawsuits against the rapper and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.

Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse, the youngest being 9, 14, 15 years old.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s lawyers maintain that the hip hop mogul is not guilty of the charges filed.

“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies, as false and defamatory, any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Combs’ lawyer, Erica Wolff, told DailyMail.com.

“He hopes to prove his innocence and vindicate himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
