Melania Trump prefaced her tell-all memoir with a dramatic black-and-white video, saying it was time to tell her side of the story: “the truth.”

Her book, simply titled ‘Melania’, is set to be released on October 1. It is available for Pre-order on Amazon for $30.

“Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal and reflective journey for me,” she said in a video posted on her social media accounts.

“As a private person who has often been the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation, I feel a responsibility to set the record straight. I believe it is important to share my perspective – the truth.”

The 48-second video begins with the former first lady speaking directly to the camera. It also includes footage from her time in the White House, including her trip to Africa and her work on her Be Best campaign.

There are also some photos from her modeling days and when she was a young mother with her son Barron. They feature Donald Trump.

The video is in black and white with dramatic music.

Melania Trump announced in July that she would publish her memoirs, a surprising announcement from the normally reserved first lady.

In the book, she “reflects on her Slovenian childhood, the pivotal moments that led her into the world of high fashion in Europe and New York, and her chance encounter with Donald Trump, a chance meeting that forever changed the course of her life,” according to her summary.

‘Melania opens up about her dating life, her life in the spotlight, and the joys of being a mother. She shares behind-the-scenes stories from her time in the White House, shedding light on her advocacy work and the causes that touch her close to home.’

He is selling two editions: a $150 collector’s edition with 256 full-color pages, each copy signed by the author. The memoir edition will be 304 pages long and available for $40, and signed copies for $75.

“Melania” will be published by Skyhorse Publishing, which has published Trump supporters such as former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and attorney Alan Dershowitz.

The former first lady has been the subject of many biographies and books, but this is the first time she has told her story.

It is unclear whether he worked with a co-author and whether he will go on a book tour.

Melania Trump, 54, has been something of an enigma in public life.

Donald Trump’s third wife is intensely private and spent much of her White House years focused on raising her son Barron, then a teenager.

Her son is now studying at New York University’s Stern School of Business and her husband is running for a second term in the White House.
