The Oscar-nominated actress, 41, looked radiant and joyful as she cradled her new bundles of joy next to her doting husband.
In the photos, the American Horror Story alum wore a chic orange dress while holding baby Cooper, who was adorable in a blue and white striped onesie.
Meanwhile, Maya, dressed in a pink and white onesie, rested comfortably in her father’s arms as he looked at her proudly.
Born in early April, the twins have brought their parents immense joy, and Gabourey shares the heartfelt inspiration behind their names.

“Brandon always wanted to name his son Cooper, so we called him ‘Coop,’ and Maya was named shortly before our babymoon in the Riviera Maya in Mexico,” Sidibe told Shutterstock.
“Both twins have traditional West African middle names in honor of members of my family,” he added.
“They are both extremely strong and fun, although they have yet to really interact with each other,” he continued.
“Sometimes Cooper speaks on Maya’s behalf and alerts us that she’s about to spit,” he explained.
‘Maya loves having her name sung and is the queen of comedic timing, and Cooper loves to sleep and has the funniest facial expressions. They both love hugging mom and dad,” she added.
The twins had their own idea about when they wanted to make their entrance into the world.
The new parents told how they went to a routine appointment and were told the babies would be born later that day rather than according to their original plan.
And now that they’re adjusting to life as a family of four, the actress is looking forward to all the little milestones along the way.
“We’re excited about clothes and dressing them up, singing, traveling and exploring, and raising them to be good people,” he said.
Gabourey revealed she was pregnant in February at a BabyList event.

‘I’m pregnant! We thought it was time to give our cats some responsibility, so we’ll give them each a baby to take care of!’ Sidibe wrote in her Instagram caption.
‘Twice the babies, double the cats, double the fun!! Twin delivery coming soon! Twenty, Twenty Four!!’
Gabourey revealed on Live With Kelly and Ryan that she had been married to Brandon for over a year in early December 2022.
