Mariah is scheduled to close the seven-day Brazilian festival, which draws an astonishing 100,000 fans each year, on the Sunset Stage on Sunday.
Carey just performed a sold-out show at the Allianz Parque in São Paulo last Friday, where… called “One of the best concerts of all time.”

“She’s doing the best she can, considering the circumstances. But as a family, we just have to be there to support each other, show love,” Nick told Page six last Wednesday.
“She’s having a great time with the kids (in Brazil). For her, that’s the most important thing in the world, so it’s amazing to see them supporting their mom the way they do.”
The Portrait singer said People on Aug. 27 that she was “heartbroken” by the death of the Juilliard-trained opera singer and felt “blessed to have been able to spend the last week with my mother before she passed away.”
In 2020, Mariah dedicated her memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey to Pat: “My mother, who, despite everything, I believe did the best she could. I will love you as best I can, always.”
In it, Carey described their relationship as a “thorny rope of pride, pain, shame, gratitude, jealousy, admiration and disappointment.”
