A man was found dead on railway tracks in Sydney in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The body was found at Wollstonecraft station, six kilometers north of the city’s CBD, at around 4.40am.
The train station was seen taped off early Sunday morning as police investigated.
“Initial information provided to officers attached to the North Shore Police Area Command suggests the incident appeared to have been accidental,” a police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia.
‘The man has not yet been identified and the investigation is ongoing.’
Trains on the North Shore line were canceled for an hour due to the incident, but resumed running at around 6.30am.
