A man has been arrested after he allegedly stabbed three people with a box cutter near a bus stop outside a busy shopping centre.
The terrifying scenes took place at Westfield Fountain Gate in Narre Warren, in Melbourne’s south-east, shortly before 2.30pm on Tuesday.
Emergency services responded to the scene after reporting that three people were injured.
Two men and a woman were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The allegedly armed man, 30, is accused of fleeing the scene before police located and arrested him inside Westfield a short time later.
Witnesses reported that the man, who was covered in blood, allegedly tried to hide in the bathrooms, The Herald of the Sun information.
“An (alleged) knife attack at the bus stop and (a) huge police presence,” one bystander wrote online.
“They arrested the guy covered in blood (allegedly) from inside the bathroom opposite Coles.”
A 30-year-old Narre Warren man has since been charged with affray, reckless causing injury, unlawful assault and possession of a controlled weapon.
He was released on bail to appear at Dandenong Magistrates Court in February.
