Maharashtra Minister Dilip Walse Patil said on Thursday that he was injured after falling at his house.
“My left femur was broken and my right wrist was dislocated after I slipped at my home on Wednesday evening,” he said in a social media post.

“My condition is stable. On the advice of the doctors, a surgery will be performed soon. Orthopedic specialist Dr. Niraj Adkar and cardiologist Dr. Sadanand Rao have advised me to take rest for the next few days. I will be admitted soon for treatment under their guard.” the senior NCP leader added.
