Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the issue of people taking off their shoes on airplanes in a recent podcast interview, joking about the need to create a “Complaints Department” in the federal government to handle the problem.
The vice president was asked about the topic during an appearance on the ‘I’ve Had It’ podcast, in a preview of the interview shared on social media.
‘Oh God, I had it. Totally,” he said, bursting into laughter. “It’s horrible and then if they take off their shoes and cross their legs so their foot is hanging right in front of you, it’s just… especially if they don’t have socks on!”
