Jono Castaño’s journey toward new fatherhood came with a bit of anxiety, he confessed.
The famous personal trainer was in the delivery room when his model girlfriend Simone Holtznagel gave birth to their daughter Gia last month.
And there were times when he was consumed with worry, Jono said in this week’s edition of Stellar Magazine.
“I was very stressed seeing Sim in labour. I kept swearing,” the 33-year-old admitted.
“But once (Gia) came out, it was definitely a huge joy and even sitting here with her now, there’s no stress in life. Everything else, I just say, ‘fuck it.’

Simone says the couple cried together once their daughter was in her arms.
‘I cried, obviously we all cried. “I knew it was going to be difficult, but it was nothing you could prepare for, or at least that’s how it felt,” she said.
‘It was so overwhelming. It didn’t seem real, it seemed like a dream. “I’m very happy she’s here.”

‘I just want to be here with Sim and her. “It’s indescribable to be in this baby bubble now,” Jono explained to the publication.
Last month, Simone welcomed her first child with her personal trainer boyfriend.
The blonde bombshell announced the happy news on her Instagram page along with a series of adorable photos of her newborn.
She revealed that baby Gia arrived on Easter Sunday.
“On Sunday, March 31, we welcomed our healthy baby Gia Holtznagel Castano into the world,” she wrote in the caption.
Simone says the couple cried together once their daughter was in her arms. ‘I cried, obviously we all cried. “I knew it was going to be difficult, but it was nothing you could prepare for, or at least that’s how it felt,” she said.
“We are completely and completely in love with her and are enjoying these special moments as a family of three.”
Simone announced that she and her boyfriend Jono were expecting their first child together in October and later confirmed that they were having a girl.
At the time, Simone, who went public with her relationship with the celebrity trainer back in 2022, told Who magazine that she was delighted with the news.
‘Children have always been in our plan. “We started talking about it more and more and then it just happened,” he told the publication.
