Donald Trump brought the house down when he appeared at the University of Alabama’s highly anticipated college football game against the University of Georgia on Saturday, despite significant security measures.

The former president drew an eruption of applause from Southeastern Conference (SEC) fans, typically a more conservative group, when he arrived before heading to a seemingly “bulletproof” glass-laden luxury box.

In the glass-filled luxury suite, the former president was joined by Herschel Walker, Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr. and more.

Protective barriers are a new staple at his public events following multiple recent assassinations in the former president’s life. He also had a huge Secret Service detail to escort him and keep an eye on the rowdy fans.

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s critical matchup with the Georgia Bulldogs is one of the most anticipated college games of the season, and regardless of the security implications, Trump didn’t want to miss it.

Videos of him arriving at the arena show Trump throwing food at his fans who chant “Four more years!”

Then the fans chant ‘USA, USA, USA.’ as the former president poses for photographs and distributes handshakes.

The arena was a cauldron of football and MAGA passion when Trump made his appearance at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which seats more than 100,000 fans.

Waving and wearing his signature blue suit with red tie (red is a strategic color represented in both teams’ uniforms), the former president then shuffled across his fenced walkway toward his ballistic glass box.

Trump was invited to the game by Alabama businessman Ric Mayers and was joined in the suite by Alabama Senators Katie Britt and Tommy Tuberville, ALGOP President John Wahl, and friends and family of Mayers.

Tuberville used to coach football in Alabama for Auburn University, where he set a school record by beating the University of Alabama six consecutive times.

The Republicans sat looking down through the uprights of the field goal and the box did not have an outside seating section.

And the audience’s roars in support of the former president are in line with his recent polls.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com revealed in a new poll that Trump had built a 10-point lead over Vice President Kamala Harris.

The model analyzes all data from the latest polls, as well as decades of election results, plus economic indicators to calculate who has the best chance of winning the electoral college in November.

This gives the former president a 55.2 percent chance of victory. Harris has 44.6 percent, with very little chance of a tie.

It still shows Harris with the best chance of claiming victory in the popular vote (it gives her 50.8 percent support now and a 65 percent chance of finishing with more votes in November).

Meanwhile, Harris had a plan to thwart Trump’s fun at Saturday’s game.

Harris campaign officials planned a small plane flyover over the stadium with a banner that reads: “Trump’s Punting on 2nd Debate.”

Sen. Steve Daines, R-Montana, was also present.

The stunt isn’t the only way they’re trying to provoke the former president, either.

Harris’ campaign also aired a national television ad during the game on ESPN.

Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, was similarly at a college football game on Saturday.

He attended the University of Michigan’s game against the University of Minnesota.
