Ashy Bines fans were left devastated after the fitness influencer announced the closure of her sportswear business.
The Queensland mother-of-two launched size-inclusive sportswear brand Baseline in 2020, but revealed on Wednesday morning she will be “closing that chapter” for her “health and wellbeing”.
Ashy took a step back from her business and social media commitments after being diagnosed with a small brain aneurysm in March.
Many of the 35-year-old’s 999,000 followers left her messages of support after she revealed Baseline will cease trading in a move she called “the end of an era.”
The brand was known for its range of comfortable and functional sports and loungewear ranging from sizes 2XS to 3XL.

“This chapter is closing and a part of me is definitely sad and will miss aspects of this beautiful brand, but EVERYONE knows this is the right choice for my health, well-being and next chapter,” she wrote on Instagram.
Ashy said there are “no words” to express his “gratitude” to everyone who supported the brand, which received more than 500,000 orders during its four-year run.
“It never gets old to walk into a gym, go for a walk or be in the park and see other women wearing my brand, THANK YOU for making this dream come true and being a part of it,” she said.
“It has been a great journey these past few months and my health issue made me re-evaluate everything. However, I am very grateful because I have learned a lot about myself, about business, what I enjoy, my strengths and weaknesses and generally what that I value Him in my life.’

“It was definitely a difficult decision, but also a very easy one. When you know what you value, you HAVE to honor it and go in the right direction for you.”
He added that shoppers will be able to get Baseline’s remaining stock at “deeply discounted” prices, as everything listed on the website is now under $30.

Three months ago, Ashy shared a worrying health update with her fans, revealing that she had been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.
She shared the shocking news on Instagram, revealing that she was discovered when she went to the hospital after losing her sight.
Ashy posted a video of her arriving with her family and captioned it with some alarming words: “I’ve lost my sight three times in the last week.” We decided to go to the doctor because we were starting to worry.
‘They did a CT scan and found a small aneurysm. Pretty scary because her husband Steve had a huge one removed and I have this in my family too. I lost a young uncle and grandmother to an aneurysm.
He added that he would put his other commitments on hold for the time being as he focused on improving.
Three months ago, Ashy revealed that she had a brain aneurysm discovered when she went to hospital after losing her sight.
‘I have to reduce my life, my workload and my stress. Once we have the results of the MRI, we will discuss what will happen next with my aneurysm and what else we can do.’
A brain aneurysm is a weak or thin spot in a blood vessel in the brain that swells and fills with blood. It can be life-threatening if not treated properly.
Fortunately, the survival rate for those who suffer from it is quite high if it is identified and treated promptly.
Ashy added that she had the full support of Steve and her children Taj and Tala, who had visited her in hospital.
