A pastor’s wife had him murdered because she was having an affair with the couple’s security guard in Angola, police say.

ElĂas and his alleged accomplice Isalino Kayoo, 23, were arrested and a third suspect, Gelson Ramos, 22, remains at large.

All of the men have criminal records that include armed robbery and kidnapping, according to the Angolan Criminal Investigation Service.

Police say the three men lured Beau to a remote area by pretending they were having trouble with a rental car and stabbed him to death.

Detectives reportedly recovered an American-made knife that had been given to Elias at the crime scene.

Beau was the former senior pastor of Lakes Area Vineyard Church in Detroit Lakes.

He had moved to the Central African country with his wife, Jackie, and five children in 2021 to become a missionary for the SIM USA organization.

“This is unimaginable and yet it is very real,” Easton wrote in an updated letter to parishioners Friday revealing Jackie’s arrest.

In a post on October 24, just one day before his untimely death, Beau wrote about his encounter with a young student named Mauricio, who was walking long distances to attend school.

Another post mentioned his farming efforts in the region, saying he spent the day “spreading manure by hand on a 40 x 16 meter farm plot.”

He also explained during a presentation that the Angolan government had given the ministry a plot of land next to an orange farm that was constantly attacked by criminals, according to the Christian Post.

At the top of his list of needs for the property he presented to Country Faith Church was the need to build a perimeter wall and hire more security.

Beau explained that the orange farm installed a 10-foot-high electrified barbed wire fence and hired about 50 guards to protect the farm, but they were still fighting crime in the area.
