Great Britain have doubled their lead over Spain as Gareth Furlong scores his fifth international goal. Congratulations!
Team GB takes the lead in hockey!
A special moment for Nick Park, who is the first to score for Great Britain against Spain. He has the honour of being the first man to score in hockey at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, doing so towards the end of the first quarter.
Keely Hodgkinson: I want to emulate Jessica Ennis-Hill
Keely Hodgkinson has embraced comparisons to Jessica Ennis-Hill, saying she feels “privileged” to be compared to the legend as the “poster girl” for Team GB’s middle-distance racing hopes.
She said: “If someone sees me as the poster girl like she (Jessica Ennis-Hill) was, then it’s quite an achievement. I’m privileged to be in this position. And it’s a great tribute to follow in her footsteps. I hope I can carry on and do what she did and bring home the gold.”

We had our first setback of the Games!
After the heavens opened up last night, the ground has been deemed too wet for the cool people to ride their scooters. They will have to wait two days to get going. I would hate the wait with all the nerves!

Get your Holt and Herbert fix below, and let us know what you think in the comments.

Dressage trainer makes shocking statement about abuse in the sport
The Olympic dressage eventing event begins today at 8.30am BST, but the sport has been rocked by the scandal surrounding Charlotte Dujardin in recent days.
Major sponsors cut ties with her after a video emerged of her whipping a horse, posted by a whistleblower.
Now Mail Sport can reveal damning comments made by Alicia Dickinson, the dressage trainer who has denied being that whistleblower, about abuse at the top of the sport.
