On Friday, Kylie took to Instagram to share the exciting news that she will be headlining Electric Picnic in Stradbally, County Laois, on August 18.

Kylie will take to the stage on the final day of the festival alongside fellow star, BRIT Award-winning singer Raye.

Also part of the lineup for this year’s festival, which has been held since 2004, are artists such as Calvin Harris, Noah Kahan, Kodaline and Gerry Cinnamon.

Her exciting announcement came just one day after Kylie confirmed she will be headlining one of Europe’s biggest music festivals this summer.

The Sziget Festival is one of the largest music festivals in Europe and is held every year on Óbudai-sziget, also known as Hajógyári, a 108 hectare island on the Danube River.

More than 1,000 shows take place annually on 60 stages and Kylie will perform alongside the likes of Tom Odell and Dom Dolla on its opening night.

Also part of the star-studded lineup are Stormzy, Louis Tomlinson, Raye, Aurora, Becky Hill, Skrillex, Nia Archives and Dead Poet Society.

Kylie is yet to confirm whether she will return to the stage Down Under for another performance following the sudden cancellation of Splendor In The Grass.
