Whistleblower Claims Hasbro’s CRT Training Teaches Babies As Of Three Months Old Can Be Racist

A packaging engineer who worked with Hasbro secretly included the company’s mandatory racial bias training, which teaches that a baby as young as three months old can already “express race preference.”

David Johnson said he felt compelled to tape the meeting “CRT (Critical Race Theory) focused” as soon as he heard about it.

The training, conducted by The Conscious Kid, states that babies’ racial prejudices only increase with age, and that children “as young as two years old already use race to reason about people’s behavior.”

“Maybe we’ll see this happening in daycare or on the playground — and how kids are starting to choose or exclude playmates and boyfriends.”

Johnson worked as a contractor for the famed toy maker through London-based IT recruiting firm Harvey Nash, according to: Fox news.

He first shared the content of the training with the extreme right-wing group Project Veritas.

“I thought parents really needed to know what was going on,” he said.

The training was led by Conscious Kid co-founder Kate Ishizuka-Stephens.

It seems to indicate that children’s racial bias escalates as they observe adults and the social order around them, according to information shared with Project Veritas.

“At the age of three, children already start using stereotypes, and research shows that they also use racist language on purpose at this age.

“White children at this age may report an explicit or overtly negative attitude toward people of color… By age four, children show a strong and consistent pro-white anti-black bias.”

It goes on to say that “white kids” at age 5 can show “pro-white bias.”

“At the age of five, children display many of the same racial attitudes that adults have – children are very sensitive to the status of different racial groups in our society and exhibit a high status bias towards whites, the socially privileged group in our society.” White children show a pro-white bias at this age.’

Hasbro and The Conscious Kid did not immediately respond to requests for comment from DailyMail.com

Johnson believes the training reinforces racial divisions and that Hasbro wanted to pass that on to the kids who play with his toys.

The Rhode Island-based company sells board game favorites such as Monopoly, Battleship and Operation and toys such as My Little Pony, GI Joe and Potato Head, which are the ‘Mr.’ of its brand name and announced a gender neutral version in February.

“CRT teaches people – and at Hasbro they wanted to teach children – to judge people based on race. And that’s not something I think I think Dr. Martin Luther King would have supported,” Johnson told Fox.

‘That is something [King] wanted to end up in this country. It’s not the right way forward that we should be taking.’

Contracting firm Harvey Nash says Johnson shared no concerns with his employer before going to “conservative US media outlet” Project Veritas, and had no part in The Conscious Kid’s lectures.

It is important to note that Harvey Nash, Inc. was unaware of and had no role in developing or delivering the training in question,” marketing director Robert Grimsey said in a statement to DailyMail.com

“It is not and would not be appropriate for us to pass judgment on the training our customers choose to develop and/or provide to their employees and contractors.”

Johnson’s conduct is under investigation to see if “our customer’s policies or our own policies (including confidentiality policies) have been violated.”

Johnson announced during Hannity Monday night that he has since been suspended and no longer has access to Hasbro’s work accounts.
