He wrote: “This is not a problem of Avianca flight attendants, nor a problem of lazy flight attendants, nor a problem of strong or weak flight attendants, nor a problem of men or women.”

Girardi posted a photo of an Avianca crew member to his two million Instagram followers along with a caption ridiculing him for not taking care of his suitcase alone.
