Millionaire Adrian Portelli recently made headlines after unsuccessfully bidding for Omar and Oz’s lavish Gisborne property on The Block.

The mysterious entrepreneur, nicknamed Mr Lambo because of his love for Lamborghinis, 33, is now giving away his $2.3 million Gold Coast mansion in a competition with his company LMCT+.

“I didn’t win The Block’s house to give away, so I found a replacement. It was never meant to be a giveaway, but here we are,” he said news.com.au

Built last year, the opulent oceanfront property boasts beautiful architecture and breathtakingly scenic surroundings.

Buying property is a hobby of Portelli’s and he already owns several houses in Queensland.

He hoped to expand into Victoria by successfully bidding for Omar and Oz’s property during The Block’s final on Sunday.

He arrived at the auction in a flashy yellow Lamborghini and seemed to know Omar and Oz well.

The successful entrepreneur opened the bid at $4.5 million, which was much higher than the reserve price of $4.08 million.

His aggressive style meant that eventual buyer Danny Wallis ended up paying a whopping $5,666,666.66 for the 10-acre property. house with four bedrooms.

Omar and Oz became instant millionaires with total profits of $1,686,666.66 – the biggest win in The Block’s 18-year history.
