The Navarro County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the student had a detention hearing and is now under parental supervision with an ankle monitor, officials said. WFAA.

“We’re just going to wait and let the legal system resolve her case. Hopefully, Ms. Rogers will be okay and back to work soon,” Corsicana ISD spokesman Raymond Lenix said.

“Jeans are often synonymous with comfort and style, but on Friday they will mean more than that. Corsicana ISD staff and students are welcome to wear jeans on Friday as part of normal campus fundraising efforts,” the district said.
