A burst pipe sprayed a fountain of sewage as tall as a 10-story tower over a Moscow suburb

This is the vile moment a burst pipe sprayed a fountain of sewage as tall as a 10-storey tower over a Moscow suburb.

Nauseating images showed a tower of cloudy water gushing from a pipe next to what appears to be a construction site in the Novaya Moskva district, before it rained down on nearby cars and buildings.

Pro-Ukrainian commentator and former advisor to Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko shared the video on social media and jokingly called the incident “an idiot show, literally!”

Followers were quick to criticize Russia, with one X user commenting: “I see Moscow’s newest fountain attraction that represents everything about them.”

“Shit in Moscow is apparently under very high pressure,” said another.

A third follower commented: “The most accurate representation of Russian society and civilization since Tolstoy’s War and Peace.”

His comments came amid reports that some cars and buildings in the area had been sprayed with human waste after the sewage system burst.

However, some Moscow-based Telegram channels said the dirty water likely came from high-pressure water passing through a gas pipeline.

Moscow channel Watch Out said: ‘The regional Gazprom told us that this is how the air is purged for a new section of the gas pipeline. “The situation is normal and is under the control of specialists.”

Gazprom is a Russian state energy corporation.

The incident comes amid complaints from Russians that since the war with Ukraine began, essential infrastructure, such as hot water systems, now only works sporadically.

Last months, a similar sickening incident occurred in China after a ‘poo-cano’ of orange-brown debris rained down the road in China’s southern Guangxi region.

Footage showed human waste rising more than 10 meters high, while windshields were pelted with globules of excrement as rain fell everywhere.

Unsuspecting pedestrians were also splattered from head to toe.
