During a typical week, Rebel works on high-intensity interval training, mobility, weights, resistance, technique, and pace, resting only one day a week.

Jono also revealed his best tips to help people lose weight to Daily Mail Australia last month.

“At least I preach to always come in for 45 minutes a day. Whether that’s a workout, a walk, or something else physical that you enjoy doing, ”Jono said.

He believes that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is the best form of exercise for weight loss.
