Primark fans have been sent into a nostalgic frenzy after the bargain retailer launched a new range inspired by a hit 2000s TV series.
The high street retailer is famous for collaborating with Disney, Warner Bros. and Pixar to launch ranges such as Harry Potter, Friends, Micky Mouse, Shrek and Beetlejuice, including clothing, accessories and homewares.
Now, their latest collaboration has Millennials and Gen Z going crazy as a cult teen drama joins existing ranges.
Following the lives of privileged teenagers on New York’s Upper East Side, Gossip Girl is an American sitcom that ran for six seasons from 2007 to 2012.
Some of the show’s most beloved characters include “It girl” Serena van der Woodsen, played by Blake Lively, and her popular nemesis, Blair Waldorf, played by Leighton Meester.

Now, almost twelve years after the final episode aired, Primark’s latest launch has fans praising the chain for achieving a “rare success” and rushing to their nearest store to get their hands on the cropped tops included in the range.
Showing off the new arrivals in a TikTok video, Scottish store Braehead said: ‘Gossip Girl Ts now in store.’
Available in sizes 2XS to XL, there are two versions of the Gossip Girl baby tees for £7.
The first is a baby pink and red t-shirt that features the show’s most notable quote: “You know you love me, xoxo.”
The second is a white shirt emblazoned with the word ‘Queen Blair’ and a heart that includes a collage of the show’s favorite, Blair Waldorf, played by Leighton Meester.
Primark’s Braehead store near Glasgow has racked up more than 140,000 views on its Tiktok page, @primark_braehead, since sharing the clip of the new collection.
Tagging their friends, one fan exclaimed: “WE HAVE TO GO TO PRIMARK RIGHT NOW,” while another wrote: “Gossip Girl in Primark whaaat?”
A third said: “Rare Primark product,” while another commented: “I NEED THIS NOW, NOW, NOW.”

As well as Gossip Girl, the retailer has also launched a range of Sex and the City t-shirts.
One T-shirt features Carrie Bradshaw’s infamous fast food order: “I’d like a cheeseburger please, large fries and a Cosmopolitan.”
Primark’s Braehead store near Glasgow posted a clip of the new collection, sending fans wild.
One eagle-eyed shopper proudly announced their success in securing the shirts, writing: “Literally bought these an hour ago.”
Baby T-shirts are not yet available on the website for click and collect, so customers are advised to visit their nearest store to purchase one.
As well as Gossip Girl, the retailer has also launched a range of Sex and the City T-shirts, one of which features Carrie Bradshaw’s infamous fast food order: “I’d like a cheeseburger please, large fries and a Cosmopolitan.”
The store has also had customers clamoring for its Beetlejuice merchandise, after the sequel to Tim Burton’s 80s classic was released earlier this month.

The 33-year-old singer has launched her latest collection with the store which incorporates a more preppy look as the season heads into fall.
