NASCAR drivers Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch got into a fight on live television after a first-lap crash left the rivals down in North Carolina.

Busch brought a camera crew with him to confront Stenhouse Jr., whom he spun in the third turn of the race.

Stenhouse Jr. threw the first punch of the fight and both fighters’ teams quickly intervened to de-escalate.

Fighting is not new to NASCAR, although the sport does not define its parameters in its game like hockey.

In 2022, Ty GIbbs and Sam Mayer traded blows in pit row. Joey Gase tore off his front bumper after his car crashed and threw it into the windshield of his rival Dawson Crum’s vehicle in March.
