A dozen men who worked for Mohamed Al Fayed have alleged abuse against the disgraced former Harrods boss.
The men have alleged harassment, intimidation and homophobic abuse by Fayed, and some claim they suffered post-traumatic stress disorder and recurring trauma from their experiences.
The Justice for Harrods Survivors group is dealing with claims by more than 420 women of rape or sexual abuse by their former boss.
Speaking about the men who filed complaints against the businessman, a source said the sun: ‘Many of them have given similar accounts of being bullied, demoted and unfairly fired or demoted because of Fayed.
“They often had to leave after speaking.”
Fayed, who died in 2023 at age 94, was exposed as a sexual abuser in September. Harrods has sincerely apologized to all victims.
The Metropolitan Police is investigating 60 reports of sexual abuse and officers in Surrey are investigating an alleged attack.

Many of Fayed’s crimes were first detailed in an unauthorized 1998 biography written by journalist Tom Bower.
But more sickening crimes came to light after a BBC documentary in which more than 20 former Harrods employees accused Fayed of sexual assault, including rape.
Harrods, which is now owned by Qatar, said they are “completely shocked” by the allegations and have “sincerely” apologized to their victims.
