Royal fans are one step closer to Meghan’s lifestyle secrets as the Duchess of Sussex, 42, has wrapped filming on the untitled project in Montecito, which is being produced by Sony Pictures Television’s The Intellectual Property Corporation.

The show, which does not yet have a title or air date, will “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining and friendship” and is part of Meghan and Harry’s $100 million deal with Netflix.

Speaking about the new project, a Hollywood source said The Daily Beast:’Everything went well and it’s already in the can.’

The show was filmed on a property two miles from Meghan’s Montecito mansion, which she and Prince Harry, 39, share with their children Archie, two, and Lilibet, two.

Meghan was spotted last week in a Los Angeles park taking part in a photo shoot, sparking rumors of new material for the upcoming project.

The mother of two was caught on TikTok taking part in what fans speculated was a photo shoot for a new project.

The clip appeared to show the princess having the sleeve of her tracksuit adjusted by a stylist in Beverly Hills, near a popular celebrity-loved cafe called Alfred’s.

However, the Hollywood source said it was unlikely to be linked to the new project because the team already had “everything” they needed.

The project began filming days after Meghan sent exclusive jars of homemade jam from her brand, American Riviera Orchard, to loved ones.

A filming permit application obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com showed filming took place at two separate locations.

In April, Meghan spent the day surrounded by flowers at Florabundance, a flower shop a 10-minute drive from Montecito in the coastal town of Carpinteria, California.

The next day, production trucks lined up at the entrance of a $5 million property set on eight acres of avocado and lemon trees in a gated community in Montecito for filming.

Security vehicles guarded both entrances to the 4,500-square-foot home.

The property is the home of Tom and Sherrie Cipolla, both prominent figures in the Montecito social scene and generous donors to several local good causes, including the Storyteller Center, a therapeutic preschool for children facing adversity.

They have organized fundraising events for the center in the same house where Meghan played house.

Tom, 75, and his wife Sherrie, 69, the parents of two adult children, have a property portfolio valued at more than $20 million, spanning two dozen buildings in Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara.

The couple also run a physical therapy practice that last year reported sales of more than $1.3 million.

When contacted by DailyMail.com, Sherrie Cipolla declined to comment on the purpose of the film crew currently camped out at her home.

Meghan’s show will be executive produced by Michael Steed, who worked on Anthony Bourdain’s Emmy-winning Parts Unknown, and the behind-the-scenes crew includes Leah Hariton, the showrunner of Selena Gomez’s HBO cooking show, “Selena + Chef.”

Filming permission obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that Alex Dandino, the production manager for that same show, is also involved in Meghan’s entry into the culinary world, raising the possibility that she might also team up with professional chefs to cook together.

The show is part of the couple’s attempt to make good on the $100 million deal with Netflix they signed in 2020.

At the time they released a statement saying: ‘Our lives, both independently and as a couple, have allowed us to understand the power of the human spirit: courage, resilience and the need for connection.

‘Through our work with diverse communities and their environments, to shed light on people and causes around the world, our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.’

Meghan plans to sell a wide range of household products through her US company Riviera Orchard.

The endless list of products includes skin care products, makeup, gardening equipment, scented candles and even dog food.
