Kunal Kemmu’s directorial debut Madgaon Express receives great reviews from fans and critics alike. Now, even the official Instagram page of Mumbai Police has shared a scene from the film to spread awareness about the importance of seat belts. In this particular sequence, the lead characters played by Pratik Gandhi, Divyenndu and Avinash Tiwary are seen sitting in a car. Avinash sits behind the wheel with Divyenndu in the passenger seat and Pratik in the back. None of them fastened their seat belts. Avinash hurriedly starts the car but it hits a fire hydrant. The scene ends with the message “Seat belt is important” flashing on the screen.

While sharing the video, Mumbai Police wrote, “An express ride without a seat belt will take you straight to the hospital.”

Meanwhile, after the release of Madgaon Express, Kunal Kemmu has shared some BTS images from the film on his Instagram account. Sharing his experience, the actor-director wrote, “From day 1 of the shoot till the day I said the last parcel on the sets Madgaon Express. Every day was so special in so many ways. And I couldn’t have done it without my amazing team of actors and technicians. The many colors of friendship that the film shows and the many colors of my own personality that I have been able to discover through this film. I wish you all a very Happy Holi and thank you very much for all the love you have shown towards our film. May this festival of colors bring you all your luck and happiness.”

For Madgaon Express’ release, Kunal Kemmu’s wife, actress-author Soha Ali Khan also uploaded a BTS video from the film’s sets and promotional events on Instagram. The caption on the post read: “It’s safe to say that a film set has been a second home to you Kunal since you were eight; we even met on a film set sixteen years ago – maybe that’s where you ended up You have your courage as actor has proven himself often enough – in all genres, but today you share your labor of love, sweat and yes even tears with the audience – as a writer-director.”

Madgaon Express tells the story of three childhood friends who embark on a journey to Goa, which unexpectedly takes a dramatic turn. The film is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment.
