Love Island star Lucie Donald has put her Cornwall home up for sale less than three years after saying it was her “dream” home.
Lucie, who starred on the hit ITV dating show in 2019, renovated the picturesque seaside home in Cubert, near Newquay, alongside her fiancé Luke Mabbott.
The couple have taken their loyal fans with them on the trip and have been posting progress photos on Instagram as they hope to get around £475,000 for the property.
Although he hasn’t said what’s next for the duo, they are still renovating a 144-year-old Cornish chapel also in Newquay, so the couple are expected to remain in the area.

Lucie, who starred on the hit ITV dating show in 2019, renovated the picturesque seaside home in Cubert, near Newquay, alongside her fiancé Luke Mabbott.

The house itself is a three-bedroom ‘modern-contemporary’ property, with a small low-maintenance garden and just a four-minute drive from Holywell Bay Beach (pictured is one of the property’s bedrooms).
The reality TV star wrote on social media: ‘It has always been my dream to set foot in the real estate market.
Speaking about selling the cottage, Lucie said it was “a little sad but exciting” as she looks ahead to the next chapter of her life.
Taking to social media, the reality TV star said: ‘It was always my dream to get my foot in the door in the property market and finding this little gem a few years ago was the perfect start for me.
‘Over the last three years I have put my heart and soul into the extensive renovations it desperately needed when I bought it and transformed it from a tired, dated little house in need of some TLC into a beautiful home filled with Cornish love and inspiration.’
The house itself is a three-bedroom ‘modern-contemporary’ property, with a small low-maintenance garden and just a four-minute drive from Holywell Bay beach.
The bathroom nods to Cornwall’s coastal geography with a shell sink with gold taps.
Lucie and Luke have been dating since July 2020. The couple got engaged in December 2021 and have begun planning their big day.
Lucie revealed in February 2023 that she chose her wedding dress after spontaneously going shopping with Luke in London.
After appearing on the show, Luke returned to his day job as a plumber and started a business with his brother.
Speaking about selling the cottage, Lucie said she was “a little sad but exciting” as she looks ahead to the next chapter of her life (pictured is the cottage’s kitchen).
Each room is carefully designed, harmonizing aesthetics and functionality, from the spacious living areas to the quiet bedrooms (pictured is one of the house’s bedrooms).
While it is a quaint cottage, the property also has enough space for a utility area with a washer and dryer (pictured).

Speaking about the purchase of his new chapel property, Luke told MailOnline: “It’s quite surreal to say you own a chapel with your brother, but it was an amazing opportunity for us. It’s a stunning building, huge and open with so much potential – we can’t wait to start working on it.”
Lucie added: ‘We are really looking forward to getting started on this project and bringing this beautiful building back to life. It has so much history and is absolutely stunning.
“Luke and I (and of course Liam!) work so well together as a team. It’s amazing to be able to do this with Luke.”
