Katrina Gorry has sent a heartfelt message to her partner Clara Markstedt on Mother’s Day, when the couple are expecting the arrival of their second child together.
Gorry, 31, confirmed last year that she and her footballer fiance Markstedt are expecting in an adorable Instagram post, which also featured the couple’s two-year-old daughter Harper and the family dog.
The post showed ultrasound pictures of their baby and had the caption: “Adding more love to our love story.”
They later confirmed the baby’s gender, with Gorry writing, “I think we’re BOY moms now.”
Gorry and Markstedt, 34, were team-mates at Swedish club Vittsjo GIK but have since moved to London after Matilda signed for English club West Ham United.

The couple live in the English capital, and on Sunday Gorry wrote a heartfelt tribute to his partner on Instagram.
“Happy Mother’s Day my love,” she wrote.
‘You are amazing, you are inspiring, you are beautiful and you are an absolute warrior.
‘We appreciate you and we love you more than words can ever describe. Here’s to becoming a family of 5.’
Some fans speculated that the post was a revelation that they are expecting twins, but it is more likely that Gorry was also referring to their pet dog.
The couple told Woman’s Day in January that Gorry’s Matildas teammates are delighted she is expecting a boy.

‘(They) were all quite excited and they wanted a boy so they’re happy!’ Katrina told the magazine.
The pregnancy has not been easy and Clara admitted that she has been ill for much of it.
‘I’ve just tried a new medicine and it’s made a huge difference. When I’ve sat in the bathroom and been sick,” she said.
Katrina has said she can relate to the discomfort and has a lot of empathy for her pregnant partner after carrying their baby last time.
“It’s kind of weird not being able to feel everything and seeing him grow instead of carrying him, but it’s been nice to have a partner to go through it with this time,” she said.
The couple welcomes their baby boy in June.
