Hunter Biden’s lawyer offered Lunden Roberts money to keep quiet about his son in an attempt to keep their relationship secret, his upcoming book claims.
In Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter BidenLunden recalls the moment her attorney informed her in 2019 that Hunter was willing to pay $250,000 to not be a part of Navy Joan’s life, now 5 years old.
In the story, Lunden writes about meeting and subsequently having a casual relationship with Hunter while he was addicted to crack cocaine, and how he treated her recklessly once he discovered she was pregnant with his baby in 2018.
But then came the moment when, according to her, she had never felt “so much pain and anger at the same time.”
And this happened when the Bidens tried to buy their silence.

Lunden Roberts is pictured leaving court in December 2019 amid her paternity case with Hunter Biden, which she wrote about in her upcoming tell-all book. She said Hunter’s team wanted her to “single-parent” a Navy child.
In 2019, a DNA test conducted at an Oklahoma City facility proved that Hunter was the father of Lunden’s daughter, Navy Joan.
“Now that paternity has been established, I’ve been thinking that Hunter would try to connect with his daughter, but nothing happens,” Lunden recalled.
Then he got a call from his lawyer, Clint Lancaster.

Hunter, Lancaster told him, “claims to be bankrupt.”
Lunden said he told his attorney he didn’t care.
“It’s just been proven that he’s the father, and the first thing he says is ‘I’m broke.’ How about ‘I’m sorry’? How about you take responsibility for your son?” she mused. “I don’t care if you’re broke, and your son won’t care either. All he wants is a father.”
But then Lancaster dropped a bombshell.
“But that’s not the issue,” her lawyer said. “She wants to know if you want to adopt Navy as a single mother.”
Lunden immediately became angry.
“Adopt her? Are you kidding me? So she has no obligations and shirks her responsibilities?” he asked.
Lancaster said yes.
“They even asked him if he would sign a confidentiality agreement not to discuss the results,” Lunden’s lawyer replied.
The young mother was not willing to accept it.
“No, of course not. They can shove that confidentiality agreement and their damn offer up their asses,” he told Lancaster.
“Hunter had hurt me before, but this is a new pain, the pain of a mother for her daughter, my heart breaks for her,” Lunden recalled feeling at the time.
Lancaster later claimed that Hunter’s team had given him a dollar amount.
“They said they were willing to add $250,000 to the settlement,” Lunden’s attorney said.
Lunden Roberts’ attorney, Clint Lancaster, is photographed outside the Independence County Courthouse in Batesville, Arkansas, in May 2023.
Lunden said his jaw dropped when he heard that.
“How the hell do you put a dollar figure on your own daughter?” I ask. “What the hell, Clint? She wants to get out. She wants to keep it all a secret, not be a father, and continue to humiliate me in public,” Lunden wrote.
Before establishing paternity, Hunter had defamed Lunden in the press, By denying it to The New Yorker who have ever had sexual relations.
Now Hunter wanted legal permission to continue that denial.
Lancaster asked Lunden how he wanted to proceed.
“I wanted to do this the best way possible so I wouldn’t hurt him, but fuck him,” he told his lawyer. “Tell him I told you to go fuck yourself, motherfucker. Do what you gotta do.”
Lancaster said he would file a motion with the court to establish paternity, and Lunden told the attorney he did not need to review it.

“No, I’m sick of this shit. Chew it up and spit it out. I don’t care about the details,” Lunden said.
“I hang up the phone and look at my daughter asleep in bed. I stroke Navy’s blonde curls and can’t hold back the tears,” she recalls. “How could anyone not want this perfect angel?”
When the motion was introduced, there was one detail that Lunden and Lancaster overlooked.
They did it on now-President Joe Biden’s birthday.
“It turns out we filed the court papers with the DNA test results on November 20th, Joe’s birthday, and we didn’t know about it,” she admitted.
“I seem so intriguing,” he wrote.
An attorney for Hunter Biden did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
Out of the Shadows will be released on August 20.
