An 83-year-old grandmother who dumped an Egyptian toyboy lover less than half her age has set out to expose “scammers and scammers” who try to trick women on dating sites.
Iris Jones, 83, who previously married Mohamed Ibrahim, 37, before calling it quits three years later, has issued a stern warning to her followers on social media.
In a Facebook post, Ms Jones said: “A warning to all vulnerable women online, who chat with scammers and scammers, thinking they are messaging genuine men on legitimate dating sites.”
‘Keep in mind that these criminals are only interested in getting hold of your money and will cajole you for weeks or even months to achieve their goal.
‘I myself have been targeted by four scammers in the last few months and now consider myself a competent scam hunter!’
Iris Jones (right) married Mohamed Ibrahim (left) in 2020 and assured critics, including those in her family, that their relationship would last.
Last year it emerged that Jones (right) had kicked him out of his home near Weston-super-Mare.
The pensioner published the email she sent to the most recent scammer for her followers to ‘read’.
The email said: ‘Let’s get to the point, okay, you evil, whiny idiot?
‘The entire time you’ve been trying to scam me out of $3,500, I’ve been tricking you with a carefully prepared script, which made me laugh out loud, because you ate every word I said!
‘You see, you pig-faced idiot, you messed with the wrong woman this time, because I’m in the business of exposing scammers like you and your ilk.
‘I have really enjoyed being the puppeteer, making you dance to my rhythm.
‘I just have to tell you that I am delighted that you have walked out of my life EMPTY HANDS!!!! Tootle-pip, honey.
Ms. Jones has had her fair share of scammers.
In early 2020, Jones attracted attention when he appeared with Holly and Phil on This Morning, sending them into hysterics.
The pensioner spoke about her first night of passion with Ibrahim after traveling to Egypt to meet him.
The couple married in November 2020 and spent almost two years apart before Ibrahim was finally granted a visa allowing him to move into Mrs Jones’ bungalow.
Shortly after Mrs Jones left Mr Ibrahim, he moved on to another woman.
He began dating Angela Rogers, 61, a mother of 11, after winning her over with supermarket flowers.
Rogers initially reached out to check on Ibrahim after their breakup and he told her he was “lonely and depressed” on a video call.
She said he showered her with compliments, telling her she was beautiful and asking to meet in person.
Mrs. Rogers, who had been single for 14 years, told the toymaker he could come and stay in her guest room, but admitted: “It’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.”

“He’s a freeloader who clearly has feelings for older women. I don’t want to see him hurt anyone else.
Ibrahim traveled 225 miles by train from Somerset to Leeds, where he picked up Mrs Rogers, spun her around and told her she was his “Queen”.
He proceeded to buy her flowers and grapes at Marks & Spencer before cooking her some spaghetti bolognese in her flat.
Despite planning for him to stay in the guest room, Mrs Rogers admitted he ended up in her bed where they had the “best sex”.
Ibrahim is said to have proposed to his new girlfriend on a footbridge over the A64 York Road in Leeds just five weeks after they started dating.
Although Mrs. Rogers refused, this did not discourage Mr. Ibrahim, who proposed to her a second time without even buying her a ring.
This relationship ended sadly when Mrs Rogers, who spent £5,000 on her younger boyfriend, dumped Mr Ibrahim after she caught him texting a 69-year-old widow.
Mrs. Rogers claims that he never offered to pay for anything and that she would finance his clothing, sneakers, aftershave, bus tickets and meals, among other luxuries.
He also allegedly asked her for £800 to pay for his divorce from Ms Jones, but she refused to give him the money.
But she gave him £550 after he told her his father was ill and she needed to visit him in Egypt.
He later told her that his father had made a miraculous recovery and quickly returned to the UK.
Mrs. Rogers is determined to uncover the truth about why Mr. Ibrahim married Mrs. Jones and why he used both older women.
She fears that Ibrahim is using women to extend his visa, which expires in June.

In another, he told women to “leave me alone.”
He said: ‘Some idiots, some trollers want to be famous behind my back.
‘This message is for all the women and girls who follow me. Leave me alone.’
