New York governor has sexually harassed several women, a five-month investigation shows.
New York Attorney General Leticia James announced this morning that he was harassing current and former New York State employees by making unwanted groping, kissing and hugging and making inappropriate comments.
The findings come after a five-month independent investigation to Cuomo.
James said this morning that the governor and his senior staff have taken steps to retaliate against at least one former employee who accused him of sexual harassment.
She added that the Executive Chamber fostered a “toxic” workplace that “facilitated harassment and created a hostile work environment.”
The investigators found that Cuomo and his office violated multiple state and federal laws, as well as the Executive Chamber’s own written policies.
