A man was found shot to death inside a vehicle in a suspected shooting in Melbourne.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after the man, 30, was found with a gunshot wound on Bride Avenue in Hampton Park, in Melbourne’s south-east, at 12.30am on Saturday morning.
The man died at the scene despite help from emergency services.
Victoria Police said witnesses saw a Ford Ranger pickup truck driving away from the scene.
“The same vehicle is believed to have been located on Sweeny Reserve in Berwick shortly after 2.30am,” police told the ABC.
