Eric Trump has come to his father’s defense, ripping his cousin Fred after the latter called the Republican candidate “evil” in a revealing new memoir.
The family feud erupted onto the public stage Tuesday after Eric posted a scathing post to X describing Fred Trump III as a freeloader.
‘It is disappointing that after decades of unwavering love, support, golf memberships, family vacations and millions of dollars in support for his wonderful son, Fred Trump has decided to ‘cash in’ his money less than 100 days before an election.
“I have signed the checks and witnessed firsthand how my father and our family have provided endless financial support so that Fred’s son could receive the best medical care possible,” Eric wrote.
“Reading this garbage and seeing that he has now followed his troubled sister simply to make a quick buck is disgusting, disheartening and a clear example of ‘no good deed goes unpunished.'”

One of his claims is that the former president told his nephew that his severely disabled son “should die.”
The book also calls Donald “evil” for depriving Fred of the family fortune by convincing his mentally challenged grandfather Fred Sr. to sign certain documents.

Fred also claims that young “nasty” Donald was so hated that his brothers used to throw mashed potatoes at him at the table.
The memoir, which was published today, comes despite Fred III previously criticizing his sister Mary for writing a tell-all book in 2020 that also offered an unflattering account of the former president.
Delving deeper into the dysfunction of the Trump family, she writes that Tiffany Trump had a “painful” childhood because of all the gossip surrounding her mother Marla Maples.
Maples and Trump became tabloid darlings in the 1990s amid allegations of infidelity, and Fred’s aunt Maryanne, a former federal judge, was reportedly not a fan of her brother’s second wife.
Fred also writes that Maryanne became enraged during her time in the White House, claiming she was outraged by Donald’s immigration policies.
She claims Maryanne called them “abhorrent” and said, “Can you believe the shit she’s talking?”
Fred also spoke with ABC News Before the release of his book, he told the outlet that his uncle was “atomically insane.”

He said he witnessed his uncle using racial slurs decades ago and also plans to vote for Kamala Harris.
Fred described Trump’s style as “complex and sometimes cruel” in an interview with the outlet.
He said: ‘And in every family, people know, families are complicated. In every family there is a crazy uncle.
“My uncle Donald is an atomic nutcase and has left his mark on the family history.”
Asked to elaborate, he added that “it means he does things that, even though I know him when he’s out there now, I cringe and say: ‘Is this the same guy I met?
“What makes him change? What made him like that?” But having said all that, I’ve always had a good relationship.
“But he’s done some really horrible things to me, and some people will say, ‘How can you want to continue having a relationship with him?’ He’s my uncle. He’s family, and that means a lot.”
Fred’s book includes a chapter titled “The Racial Letter,” in which he details his recollection of the former president using a racial slur.
He says that when he was ten years old he remembers Donald arriving at his grandparents’ house screaming after his El Dorado convertible broke down.
Freed recalled: ‘I walked down to my grandparents’ driveway and there was their white El Dorado convertible with two stripes.
“I still remember it. And he had duct tape on, because the ceiling was black. And he used the N-word twice, just saying who he thought probably did this.”
In a statement to ABC News, Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung denied the claims about the former president.
Cheung said: ‘This is completely fabricated and fake news of the highest order.
“It’s appalling that such a blatantly disgusting lie could be published in the media. Anyone who knows President Trump knows he would never use such language, and false stories like this have been thoroughly debunked.”
Fred is the son of Donald’s older brother, Fred Trump Jr, or ‘Freddie’ as he was known, who died aged 42 in 1981 after a life of alcohol addiction.
