The mother-of-two, who is the long-term partner of Luke Shaw, wore locks in a straight poker style here and carried a gray handbag.
Kaya, who is married to English star Phil Jones, opted for a gray blazer along with a matching mini skirt that she paired with a white top.
The WAG also wore a pair of black shoes and topped off her outfit with sunglasses and a white bag.
The outing comes after Megan celebrated her 27th birthday last month with a trip to Disneyland Paris.
Megan looked radiant as she stood in front of the Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant at the theme park as she donned a pink Disney print jumper, black leggings and classic Minnie Mouse ears.
Captioning her message from the French capital, she wrote: ‘Turning 27 at Disney with my babies’ (sic).
The beauty then further documented her journey on her Instagram stories, where she filmed the beautiful scenery in the park and wrote about her video, “Reliving your childhood through your little one’s eyes = pure magic.”
While Megan celebrated her real big day at Disneyland on Wednesday, the festivities continued throughout the week, with Megan receiving several beautiful bouquets of flowers with her loved ones.
