Disturbing footage shows mysterious lights in the sky over the California desert amid a huge rise in UFO sightings.
The podcast Etre Sombras y Luces shared photos of the alleged paranormal activity that took place in Lancaster County on Thursday night and asked its more than 174,000 TikTok followers: ‘Has anyone else seen this?’
In a 50-second video, a single red light can be seen flashing in the night sky.
“UFO sighting in the Los Angeles area yesterday at midnight. Saw a bright red light for about 5-10 minutes,” the caption read, as the eerie music from “The X-Files” played in the background. “It broke away from some sort of pod and then disappeared.”
The reported UFO sightings led many to flood the Internet with similar stories of seeing unexplained lights in the sky.

On X, Think Tank posted another video with the title: ‘A video of last night’s mass sighting in California.’
The 22-second video appeared to show a long, illuminated object.
In the background, a child can be heard asking his mother: “What is that, Mom? What is that? Do you see this, Mom?” “Mom, do you see this?”
When the boy’s mother looked up and saw the strange object flashing in the sky, she screamed, “Shit!”
“What the hell is that?” he continued.
At one point you hear someone running and gasping for breath.
‘Oh my God, what is that? What is that? What the hell is going on?’
You hear him repeat the same question over and over: “What is that? What is that?”
Another X user, JWiseKangRa, claimed in a post that multiple people had reported UFO sightings in the Palmdale-Lancaster area, with at least six unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) zigzagging across the sky early Saturday morning.
During the 22-second recording that appears to show a long, illuminated object, a child can be heard asking his mother: “What is that, Mom? What is that? Do you see this, Mom?” “Mom, do you see this?”

He also showed a video of the red and blue illuminated orbs descending rapidly in the sky, but said the video was unconfirmed.
“Panic grips Palmdale and Lancaster as several residents report seeing UFOs soaring across the night sky. Eyewitnesses claim to have seen not one, but *six* flying saucers, defying logic and leaving the community in shock,” he wrote.
‘Ring neighbor apps are filled with chilling accounts: a bright light stopping in mid-air and zig-zagging across the sky; the sighting of a hovercraft during a routine walk with the dog; and spooky objects reported in the sky. Authorities are now racing to investigate these disconcerting reports.’
Her report received more than 162,000 views, with many commenting on the seemingly strange supernatural activity.
One man, who was in the backyard with his daughter at the time of the sighting, wrote: “We both thought we saw a shooting star falling towards the east. It stopped very abruptly and zigzagged northwards.
“I’m checking to see if anyone else saw this or if we’re going crazy,” the man wrote, in part.
Another exasperated viewer, who was walking his dog, wrote: “Guys you won’t believe what I just saw.
“At first I thought, ‘My God, what a cool airplane Northrop has built!’ But to my dismay, it was a hovercraft.”
They continued: ‘Please tell me I’m not the only one who saw it!’
