Martin claimed he was subjected to “continuous and incredibly disturbing harassment” by the woman and that he “never had a relationship (personal or professional) with her; he never met or spoke to her.’
His lawsuit alleged, “The harassment began via social media (including her public Facebook and Twitter accounts) in April 2022, and in recent months the number and severity of the harassment itself has increased.”
Martin, who amicably co-parents two children with his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, said: “Her behavior has sparked deep fear for his safety and those he lives with because of the hundreds (if not more) posts on social media that prove content by more than a preponderance of the evidence [the woman’s] emotional instability, delusions and now actions she takes to harass and endanger both Mr. Martin and his partner, Mrs. Dakota Johnson.”

The woman is said to have returned to Martin’s house a few days later and stopped her car ‘on the street’ – with a view to the singer’s private security.
According to the file, Johnson left Martin’s property in her own car, but when security told her the woman was waiting outside, Johnson fled back into the house “because she was extremely afraid for her personal safety.”
