Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit against the rapper alleging that she was assaulted in his studio and that he forced her to perform oral sex on him, according to TMZ.
Diddy has yet to respond to the latest allegations.
He had denied the other allegations in previous lawsuits, but neither he nor his representatives had responded to Cassie’s newly surfaced video as of Sunday.
