The iconic singer, 56, who has chronicled her harrowing battle with incurable stiff-person syndrome in her new documentary, is scheduled to perform La Vie en Rose with Lady Gaga on Friday on the legendary River Seine.
Celine, who has yet to officially comment on the speculation, wore a high-necked black dress that was fitted at the waist and flowed into a ruffled skirt.
She wore her hair in an elegant updo and sported a radiant makeup palette.
The superstar was in high spirits as she greeted fans and took selfies outside her hotel.

French journalist Thierry Moreau reported on Wednesday that Gaga and Celine had rehearsed the song and that Dion would wear a pink and black feathered cape by Dior.
Celine previously made a promise that she would return to the stage amid her suffering “even if she has to crawl.”
A source has said TMZ that he is “getting ready to go on stage on Friday” and that he is “feeling good” despite his ongoing health battle.
