An 11-year-old girl who was forced to film a couple having sex in a hotel room said the incident gave her a feeling of & # 39; disgust and nausea & # 39; worried.

Grant Lyndon Daly met the girl and a woman at the Swan Resort, in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, on September 16.

The woman forced the child to film her sexual contact with Daly, who says he was too drunk and used a lot of drugs to complete the incident, Gold Coast Bulletin reported.

Daly, who has a history of drug abuse and Asperger's syndrome, was sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Lawyer John Jacob told the Southport District Court that Daly was so intoxicated with alcohol and drugs that he remembers little about the events.

Judge Jennifer Rosengren said there were exceptional circumstances because there was evidence that Daly had no idea that the child was there.

& # 39; I mean, that's not an excuse for the behavior, it gives an explanation for it of course, & she said.

The judge said the couple were using drugs and the little girl should not have been in the room.

Jacob argued that his client has a history of drug offenses, but not sex crimes.
