Police are investigating an alleged altercation involving Aston Villa winger Andre Green and a member of the public.
As reported by Lancs LiveThe incident occurred on April 1, with Rob Bryan reporting an oral altercation involving Green at Raddel Lane near Warrington.
The report indicates that the altercation was a discussion of a property that Green had rented from Bryan, which owns RB Residences. Green rented the property while on loan from Preston North End during the first half of the season.

Green, 21, is currently on loan at Charlton Athletic from Villa until the end of the season. He has played eleven games for the Addicks since joining the club in January.

The former UK youth international previously joined Preston on a season-long loan, but the deal was cut off.
Green played for Preston six times and scored one goal.
